Literally no one knows yet because fraternity PCs don't meet in public and take pictures on instagram. You'll be able to tell based on pledge parties and serenades

This is sooo sad, but true. Top tier guys feel so entitled that they won't respect girls who aren't also in a top tier house. So, just a warning if you're a new sister in a great mid-level house, the top tier guys are probably just playing you.
