are any decent fraternities still handing out bids?

I'm curious who's still got room in their fall pc's. It's super late and I know I already almost got a bid one place, but now I only have two more chances.

Are there any common ways one could expect to receive a bid? Do most places approach you at an event? Text you? etc

These houses are 100% done: Sig chi, SAE, Fiji, Kappa Sig
I assume phi psi is too but I don't know

AGR, pi kapps are still rounding out

Delts and ZBT still have decent amount of spots to fill
