SAE probo. Delts is alright. AEPI renovated but not sure they're top party space just yet. Theta Chi is pretty underrated. Rest is fine

Delts is def getting better. Thetca chi is underrated but theyve been on probo forever, aepi came out of nowhere with a new space but havent heard of much yet. sae is on the down
