What about the other relevant sororities? Some of these are "top houses" and are completely irrelevant when it comes to certain things.

Theta/Axo - Kinda similar, both have really smart girls and are well-rounded. Theta does a bit better socially but Axo is more chill imo. Depends on who you talk to. Think they're better than they actually are, but both solid houses.
Tri Delt - Huge house, super diverse, and a lot of members. Apparently has retention issues. Very involved and you see them everywhere on campus - great campus presence. Last couple of pc's are a lot of fun and they do well socially. Also a solid house.
Zeta - Biggest philanthropy on campus, really extroverted and outgoing girls. Has some trouble pairing the last couple years in comparison with the above. Still a solid house though.
Obvs not all girls fit their house descriptions but those are just my impressions based on pairings, who I know and what I hear, no need to throw shade. Good luck with rush.

Aphi: mean and snotty, good looking
Kappa: huge egos, mean but behind your back sort of way, pretty
Pi Phi: party and fun, sometimes too crazy, approachable
Chi o: laid back and cool, sometimes think they are better than everyone
Dg: girl next door vibe, don't go out at all, super low key, falling in looks
Dz: try hards and wannabes, party

so heres a lil rank/what they are known for
TOP:
Pi phi- cool girls but a little crazy
Chi o- classy and fun, sometimes no shows but each pledge class is getting better
alpha phi- snobs lol a few nice girls but are convinced they a the best house on campus
kappa- do not associate other houses but really pretty
Middle:
DZ- hear hazing rumors but most girls are chill and fun
theta- classy
DG- don't really see them around
Zeta- few rude girls but most are cool
Tri Delt- random but girls i know are crazy but fun
not gonna add all of them cause i don't know enough about the other ones to say anything.. hope this helped!!
