houses coming back

Basically all the good houses are getting put on probo but apparently theta chi and d chi might be off probo this year.. is d chi going to be a thing again? They actually used to be fun and is theta chi going to rise at all now that they can have functions and top houses can't? Just want to know what will be changing this year

Its hard to say. Theta Chi has some how managed to bid decent guys recently. I can't say the same about DChi their recent pledge classes have been weak as hell. Also being on any kind of probation even limited functions is going to hurt them at rush in the fall. If they throw a banger or two they might get put back on the map and might also get kicked. Theta Chi will do alright. I hope that Theta Chi Beta and DU will continue to improve and pass up ZBT and Delts.

Kappa Sig is in some pretty deep poo rn. The university made them cancel their Fall rush and that now leaves PiKapps, Theta Chi, and Delts to take their spot as a "top house" of Purdue. DChi is still in poo, just not as bad as Kappa Sig now. Chances are PiKapps is gonna rise and Theta Chi and Delts are gonna be stalemated right under them. ZBT can screw off. Theta Chi just got off probo so they might have a harder time climbing back, but I heard they're partnered with Zeta for football, so there's a start. AGR has a shot too.

Theta chi is so proud of the fact that they got to be zeta's 8th choice after zeta turning them down at first then trying almost every other house at purdue first.

Theta Chi doesn't improve anywhere by pairing with Zeta. Zeta just sucks that much - they were literally turned down by every fraternity.

I've heard more about Theta Chi since they got in trouble. They had weird guys and then got in trouble and membership reviewed. That doesn't suddenly make them cool. Even them "raising" to where they were is still behind Delts, ZBT, and arguably Pike/DU
