actual fraternity rankings

Here's the actual rankings of houses based on campus relevance, quality of guys, how sororities want to pair with them, and social quality:

Sigma Chi/FIJI: These are basically interchangeable. Either get their pick of pairings and have great guys
Phi Psi: Cool guys, Good parties, run the darty scene at purdue
Kappa Sig/SAE: With Kappa Sig in trouble and questionably unable to even host functions, SAE I'd say is the same level as them
Pi Kapps: Seem to have fallen off socially this semester with their probation, but still a solid house.
AGR: Would put on the same level as Pi Kapps, But dont always seem the most social at their parties. Held up by a sweet house. Still have some cool guys
Delts: Both them and ZBT have similar social calendars, Both Pair with practically the same houses. I tend to have more fun at Delts and they don't have to bid 80 guys to get their guys to go out
ZBT: Very obsessed with social climbing and bid practically everyone. They held spring rush events before winter break to snap bid kids if that says anything. Still have a solid social schedule that keeps the relevant. Didn't even get a buddy for Grand Prix last year.
DU: Throw some solid functions, ok guys but still a ways to go before their on the same level as ZBT or Delts. Seem to be improving
PIKE: Some Cool Athletic Guys, but still a lot of strange guys left. Also trending up.
