transferring

Hey everyone, I'm an Acacia at another school (freshman) and I'll be transferring here fall semester of next year! I've already been initiated, and I really don't want to leave greek life behind when I come here. Can anyone help me figure out what I need to do to try to join Acacia here? Any help is appreciated, thanks!
