AGR after Delts and before DU. Delts in their own mini tier between Upper Middle and Middle. They're above DU and Pike but they're not exactly at SAE or Pi Kapps

Delts

I'm honestly confused,why is AGR in the lower tier? They paired with zeta for football this year and pi phi last year. They easily have one of the best function areas on campus, and we're always on pair with pi kapps/SAE last year, did something happen to AGR? Also Beta threw one function this year, and most the guys in that house are still really weird. The only house that invites them over outside of that function is akl. I wouldn't put them on par with pike/DU if those houses refuse to party with beta. Throwing a function and inviting over a bunch of top houses doesn't put you on the same level of those houses never invite you back over. And Delts/pike/DU function together all the time, they are pretty comparable, all middle tier houses, idk why Delts is so much higher all the sudden. And you listed phi delts twice. The original list seemed more on point to me, you kinda just copy pasted the bottom anyway....

Actually most top houses are reaching out to beta to function with them for grand prix. I have heard rumors that beta might throw another party there soon. and pike actually has a function with beta this week. get your facts straight.

Pi kapps should be knocked down. Maybe they used to be better but they're pretty irrelevant. Also beta is not back and they're out of money cause the spent it all on that one function so they can't have another.
