Nope, even if they could why would anyone pair with them, they don't have enough numbers to host anything since the reorg, and the guys they do have are weird af anyway. They won't be relevant for a few while, the next few semesters they'll give anyone a bid just to get enough people to live in the house. So don't expect much from the next few pledge classes.
