ZBT is uppermiddle at best. They are with PiKapps, Theta Chi (maybe tho probo..) and POSSIBLY PIKE due to their pairing with DZ. ZBT is definitely not top tier tho

Lol what? Theta chi is irrelevant at this point. They're nowhere near Pi Kapps. Slightly cooler or on par with Pike. Closest in level to Delts or Pike.
