Are these guys worth looking into? I mean they don't have a house, but is that really gonna detract from the overall experience?

It depends on what you want. They are a very large fraternity for not having a houses. They can't host functions. They have very good grades and are definitely lower tier as a social fraternity. Go to one of their rush events and see if you like the guys.

I have hung out with them and been to one of their parties and surprising it was a really good time. They are super welcoming fun guys my sisters and I love them! Although they don't have a house and aren't very high socially they are still a good time and great guys overall. Look into it!

Not your top party house but has the sweetest guys. They do sober events unlike some frats that think they're too good for them. Quality guys and super chill

They have impressive membership numbers for an off-campus frat. Definitely the only one without a house worth looking into. Heard they were aggressively looking into taking a house soon, which if they did would put them among the biggest houses fraternities on campus
