fall pledges of 16?

I wanted to know what everyone has heard about the pledge classes that the fraternities have rushed? I figured I wanted to join a fraternity that has a good freshmen class and are on the rise.
From what i've heard Kappa Sig, Delts, SAE, and Fiji have all done well with fall rush. Can anyone confirm this? Trying to figure out where i should spend my time.

Hey rushee! Take a look at ZBT! We have a strong brotherhood and had the best fall class to date! If you're looking for a chill house that can also throw down, you may be a good fit at Zeta Beta Tau. We are strong academically and try to be super involved on campus. We also aren't under investigation or on probation, unlike a lot of other houses that don't take risk management very seriously.

I can't tell if this is someone trolling ZBT, or an actual ZBT cause this is something a ZBT might actually do.

I'm a sophomore so I don't know the fall pledge classes super well but from what I've seen Phi Psi's isn't as strong as a PC as they've had in the past. Not sure about Pi Kapps. They have some cuties from when they came and serenaded us...otherwise I haven't heard much about them. I would say you're best off going for Kappa Sig. Even though their Fall PC wasn't that good, the house as a whole is still probably the best house that does spring rush. Phi Psi and Pi Kapps are also worth checking out too I guess. Unsure about Delts. Definitely don't go ZBT.
