DG should be in top but under chi o and Pi phi then move tri delt up to upper mid bc axo is not any better then them

DZ is definetly not on par with DG... sorry but their recent pairing and everything thats been going on with them this semester would in my opinion but them in the samw class as zeta and tri delta

From what I've heard, once Cutler gets done with Pi Phi, they probably won't be a top house for a few years and definitely won't be able to pair for GP.

They may be paired now but that doesn't mean they'll stay paired, especially since SAE already has a track record for leaving their buddies
