There are a lot of ZBT's on IFC and I'm pretty sure the president of IFC is a ZBT. To the point, they try to interrogate me and my sisters when we're partying so they can get information on houses that might be in trouble. They probably use this information to screw other houses over. That's probably what happened to you guys which sucks. There's no doubt in my mind ZBT would rat on people to move up socially.

I believe AGR historically only participates in fall rush, but actively looks for rushees year round.
The self-ranking from ZBT on this post is outrageous and needs to be addressed for anyone looking into joining Greek life this next semester. They are more of a self-proclaimed "powerhouse of excellence" based upon grabbing leadership roles and isolating themselves from the Greek community. If you're interested in a glorified social club, go ZBT. Phi Psi and Kappa Sig are on their own level socially from this list. Moving past that if you're rushing for more than social reasons, Pi Kapps is a widely-respected house and is huge on philanthropy and campus involvement, but in the middle of a scandal (probably bogus). Delts has been under the radar this semester, but throws some decent parties at times. Pike has really done well with Dream Girl this semester and is consistently on the top with community service, so is probably a notch above DU with room for growth amidst all of these allegations killing Greek life. Outside of that, feel free to explore and find your own personal fit. Just because a house isn't "top-tier" doesn't mean it isn't the right choice for you!

that's irrelevant, just because a house can have tailgates even tho there buddies screwed them over doesn't put there buddies in the right. Your fottball buddies are supposed to be the sorrority that turns out the most, not take a back seat to other houses party with your buddy.
