I'm currently a gdi and looking at rushing and thesebserm like the best houses to be in based off the girl I know in them can someone explain to me the difference since I know they're all top

Kappa is rising
- cheerleader house, high GPA but rumored to have easy majors, half hot and half not
A Phi is slipping (hard)
- wealthiest/hottest/blondest but stereotyped to be boring and dumb as bricks
Chi O is staying
- religious, catty catty catty but slays at recruitment (good PC16), invisible on campus
