fraternity pledgeship and spring recruitment

What fraternities do not have a pledgeship? I am interested in rushing Spring semester and do not have time to pledge as I have to focus on academics and other extracurriculars. Also, what houses tend to have more academically focused and career driven guys rather than just party animals?
