Take theta chi and dchi off, no longer relevant. Replace with pike du beta

Theta chi and dchi shouldn't even be on any lists anymore. Move DU and pike up to replace lambda and dchi.

I don't know why people hate change. These fraternities are great and if other houses get kicked off... Other ones automatically move up. Girls have less houses to go to, thus more are open to going to New possibly "lower" houses. Accept the fact that change is happening in our Greek life...
