upper-mid fraternities

I was looking at AGR, Pi Kapps, and SAE. Can anyone give me a rundown of these three. Thanks.

all good houses. AGR is a little more country boys but throw huge parties in their nice basement. Pi kapps is known for their nice guys and are super genuine, have a small house though. SAE kind of has a douchey reputation but probably party the hardest out of the 3 which makes them harder to get into.

SAE and AGR throw "big parties" but they wind up sucking, pi kapps however does wind up actaully having solid parties

All of them are great houses! I have friends in all three. AGR is an agriculture house, so if you aren't in ag I'm not sure if they'll accept you. SAE definitely parties hardest of the three, but there are a lot of try-hards.
