Any top sorority honestly. Mainly DZ, Chi O, Aphi, DZ again, DZ again. DG, Kappa and Pi phi used to but don't as much.

SAE, Phi Psi, ZBT, and Pi Kapps are bad about it to for being guys.

Go to the fraternity and sorority sections and figure out an average amount of ratings for a house. If the number of ratings for a given house is a lot higher than average that house self ranks a lot.

No, it's always true. A top house with many ratings AND and high average is a clear sign of self-rankers scrambling to defend their house.
