continuous recruitment

How do you know which sororities will be participating in continuous recruitment? Do you still sign up for formal fall rush?? I'm interested in rushing but I know my fall semester will be super busy as a sophomore and I wanna know all my options I guess.

You won't know until formal recruitment is over and not many houses participate in continuous, so I would encourage going through formal. Many other sophomores have busy schedules too, but I promise it will be worth it.
