sorority recruitment

Just curious, but for those of you that have been through Formal Recruitment or help organize it, how many sophomores, juniors, or even seniors do you see rushing as compared to the number to the freshmen? Is it pretty uncommon or do most people not pay much attention to it?

A handful of sophomores, but very few juniors and seniors, especially last year with KD coming in. Most juniors and seniors who wanted to rush went to be KD founders.

If you're a sophomore or upper classman there is a a quota that all sororities have to accept from both freshman and upperclassmen!

But upperclassmen quota is a lot smaller than freshman quota

It's smaller because not as many upperclassmen rush. However, with this quota many more upperclassmen than years before found chapters so it's not as difficult as you would think!
