new frat rankings?

Now that Lambda and (possibly) DChi are gone, which frats are moving up to middle tier/top tier? The way I see it is
Top:
Fiji/Sig Chi
Kappa Sig
SAE
AGR
Upper Middle:
Pi Kapps
ZBT
Delts
Middle:
Pike
DU
Theta Chi
Beta
Upper Lower:
ATO/AKL
Phi Delts
A Sig/D Sig
Lower:
Acacia
AEPi
Skulls
Theat Tau
Zeta Psi
That co-op that's joining IFC

Put Phi Psi before AGR then Sig Pi and KDR before Acacia and Phi Sigma Kappa after Skulls and Triangle before AEPi and Sig Tau after DSig and that should be all the frats left.

Move AGR down. Phi Psi above Kappa Sig and Pi Kapps on par with SAE

Seeing as there are 30 fraternities, having only 12 in the top two tiers seemed a little low so I feel as though more fraternities should be added into the middle tier.

The top and bottom tier rankings seem accurate, but the order of the upper middle and middle is SO SO screwed up lol

Can't see SAE as a top house. Upper middle, sure, with Pi Kapps. But their pretense in trying to be Frat is too transparent to be a top tier house.
