Sisterhood/brotherhood is pretty hard to rank. you could argue that fraternties with the best "brotherhood" also might say that because a girl hasnt set foot in their house in 3 semesters.
Social life check all the ranks on this website. Thats what theyre based on.
Academics: IFC and pan-hel put out rankings every semesters. Guys its usually FIJI, AGR, Pi Kapps, Sigma Chi, Beta, Sig Tau, Kappa Sig, ZBT consistently in the top 10 with order switiching.

KD does have a house. They are remodeling the old Sig Ep house, and will be moving in shortly. The chapter continues to move forward with building their "own" chapter house. :)

PNMs please don't read these posts, especially where people talk about good/bad sisterhood and brotherhood. Like someone said earlier, they are hard to rank because the only people who truly know what a house's sisterhood is like are the people in /that specific/ sorority and /that specific/ chapter. I promise you will find the sisterhood that fits you best during rush. I know people say it all the time and it gets annoying, but trust the system, it really does all work out. You'll end up where you're meant to be :)

I've heard great things about GPhi, AGD, Chi O, and AXiD's sisterhood. I wouldn't put KD on the spot just yet because it's hard to gauge a sisterhood when you don't have a house (don't see each other as often, immeasurable cohesiveness, etc.)
