They started renovations last week. Nationals told them to keep it quiet for the summer just like they did with Snu

Snu recently was inspected and they discovered a huge black mold problem so they are in fact moving into Lambda Chi since Snu isn't safe to live in. Renovations started a few weeks back and they're making a lot of progress inside.
