different strokes for different folks

Excited to come down to school this fall and I am trying to get a feel for the different houses. Which have a good mix (type of guy)? Which are truly "top tier"? Which are the toolbags? Which party too hard, which don't party? Who has the nicest houses? Which are up and comers and Who is on their way out? Any input would be helpful!

I would say SAE or pi kapps have a good mix of guys. The top of the top are Fiji, sigma chi, phi psi, kappa Sig. There are tool bags in every house, I can't narrow it down to one specifically. All houses party, but the ones who party the hardest are the top fraternities. Beta, phi psi, and sigma chi all have really nice physical houses.
