by: figWith all the great programming the national fraternity offers chapters and alumni to support the mission statement of the founders ("this fraternity will be different"), what else can headquarters and alumni provide to these students to correct this kind of behavior?

There's enough blame to go around -- including the brothers (who violated probation and also allegedly hazed), the alumni (who didn't offer enough support, mentoring, and money), the national fraternity (who threw the chapter under the bus instead of defending them), and even the new members (who were not confident enough to resist being hazed).

Our chapter used to be dope and now it's a bunch of guys who only recognize Brandon Cutler's vision of greek life. You join a fraternity because of the college experience and your house's tradition, as well as growing as a man; if you don't believe this then you don't even understand what being a fraternity man is and you are part of the problem. The institution that is greek life flourished and sustained itself long before anti-greek deans existed. Maybe, instead of blaming your past brothers and rattling off some bs taglines that support your position arbitrarily, you should have some respect for your alumni and remember who made you a top house; you sure as hell aren't anymore.

Alumni board is blaming the brothers. Here's the alumni leader writing on Facebook about the current brothers ----
"I personally asked they to explain to me the Balanced Man Program to me at chapter a few weeks ago and nobody could do it. Nobody even attempt it. This is their main development program and they do not know it or are not doing it."
