They'be been top house for a couple years now, alongside theta chi and delts (when delts weren't on probo).

When first going there i did not know what to expect, but they were so nice and the hospitality was great. they always made sure that my friends and i always were doing good and had something to drink. the sophomore class was very nice, the juniors didint really come to hangout but they had a good group of guys that are living in that always know how to have a good time.

They really never had a good rep in the last 5 or so years but last year they were awesome and their sophomore class is really friendly and fun. they know how to host people and are very caring for the girls that go to their house. when I was there every brother greeted me nicely and asked if I needed water or drink or food. I will say they are the best house on campus regarding them not being on probation like every other house on campus.

All the people are nice when I decided to go past their tabling and connected with a lot of them. Being with them actually makes me feel better about being on campus

Funny, attractive, can be slight douches. Big house, brothers are nice. Should host more parties, love going there.

I would say these guys are for sure top house. They got the stuff together and really you can tell that their parties have gotten increasingly better since beginning of semester.
