Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Purdue University West Lafayette - PU 1.2 The house looks good. I can't say much about the people in though. While the house is trying to climb, I imagine it'll drop again. Probably get kicked off campus. They're pretty reckless and don't seem to understand how to operate as a Greek house. I know several fraternities and sororities would love to buy the house when they leave. Not to mention Purdue also wants the land to build more academic buildings. With all these factors to consider, I doubt the house will remain standing.

A bunch of the guys in the house are super creepy and don't even know how to really interact with girls in general. Very forgettable in every sort of way. they're on their way down. Especially if they keep trying to do stuff with agd and sdt. yuck.
