I haven not really heard anything bad about phi delt. They are a dry house, but I think they still throw down from time to time. The phi delts that I know are super nice guys. I wish we did more with them and I wish they were more involved in the greek community.

These guys are pretty accepting and know where they stand but don’t really seem to care! Our houses don’t talk but I love hanging out with them because they’re so nice

They may be a dry house but I honestly have more fun here than I do anywhere else. The guys are so nice and genuine and their functions are lowkey but such a good time

Overall a pretty solid group of guys. They are a dry house but that doesn't stop them. Been to a couple parties they have had/been at and met a couple of pretty decent looking guys who are actually chill to talk to. Can't wait to see them again in the fall

Ok they're really underrated. A LOT of cute boys in this house, they have worked really hard to keep the house in good shape & have updated it every year. Easily the best dry house on campus, though they do manage to still have a relevant and strong social life on campus. Great location too & a top 3 GPA!
