On the decline. Their reputation has held them at the top for too long. "They're so hot" until you actually start looking at them. Having lots of money to spend on clothes/make up/ and hair distracts you from the butterfacedness. Top tier? Yes. For long? No.

High-Middle ranked. These are the bleach blonde, fake tan, tons of eyeliner girls on campus. Hot, but not exactly in a meet the fam way for the most part. The nickname sleazy DZ fits a lot of the girls, but not all of them. They seem to have calmed down in the last couple of years and are bringing the "classy" factor up to snuff. Well involved on campus and fun to party with. Hear their sisterhood is tight in some pledge classes, not in others, so it's hit or miss, and the exec is really tough.

Chill, nice girls. Some good looking ones, some meh, but they seem like good people. They're involved on campus, are pretty diverse and you never see or hear about them acting stupid, either on campus or at parties. You don't see them out as much as other houses, but when you do, they seem to be a good time.

Wouldn't have a house if Phi Kappa Theta hadn't been kicked off. The kinds of kids who either tried too hard to be "fratty" in high school or decided to join last minute. It's ZBT.

Got lucky with Snu. Attractive ladies but they're think they're gods gift to earth. I think they'll stay put in the middle for a while. Very large mix of girls. Most are pretty fun to party with and friendly. Some are not, but it's a group of over 100 girls so what can you expect. Known for having quite a few ladies that are looking for a lot of guys to hook up with... Tridelt is a solid house to be in.
