I haven't had good experiences so I am sorry but I am ranking low. They pride them selves on being the biggest chapter at purdue but that is not a good thing. When you big way too many kids you are bound to have many that suck. The point of rush is to weed out kids. Their parties are actually okay but I would leave it at that. They don't really know how to talk to girls but as long as the speakers are blasting in our ears that really isn't an issue I guess. They are a mid-top tear.

Considered a top house but that can be debated. They have good looking guys and that is their strong suit but they are very arrogant. They are secretive about their pledgeship but they go out of their way to tell people they are being secretive. They have nice quaint parties but never any ragers. So whether you have fun there is kinda whether you like to just chill or go crazy. They aren't the go crazy type which I consider a minus. Over all good house but too hyped.

I don't think they are as awful as I rated them but I felt inclined to make the ratings awful since I hear how their brothers rank themselves all the way up to look good on here. They have a lot of weirdos that is true but they have some nice guys. D Chi is an easy place to rush and an easy place to pledge and it is right by the all guys dorms so they get good rushes. However they are always stuck in middle tear pairing with middle tear houses. They are fun, but not as fun as they say or think

Not gonna lie, this is definitely a lower tier house as a whole. HOWEVER, there are always several girls in each pledge class who are super gorgeous and normal and social but a lot of them rushed continuous so they couldn't have gotten a bid at a top house anyways. There is a MAJOR divide in this house between these girls and "the others" but there are at least 5 in their newest pledge class who are hot af and outgoing haha so as a house they are def bottom tier but have the potential to move up

The positive side to SAE is that they had a lot of money dumped into the house. They have big pledge classes and they are in a nice spot far from campus that they have less to worry about. The negative part is they killed rush. It used to be that you had to go to at least 3 rush events to get a bid. Now all the houses are racing to bid kids because SAE started giving out snap bids and putting them on the spot. It is a really shady thing to do. They also nationally lost pledgeship.

They have few guys. They do have nice guys, but they are mainly friendzoned type guys. They have serious problems with their house and they have so few members in such a big house that they are probably financially unstable. Their social life is non existent and they never pair with any sorority. They do their best to be involved on campus but its hard with so few members.

People rag on them where they slack but where they are strong they are very strong. Snu is a fun house and the only ones who dog them are other frats that don't get along with them. Ladies love them so they are definitely doing something right.

Genuine guys, no reason to be counted out just because their house is dry

DG's think they are way better than they really are. Cute? Yes, but no smoke shows. A little awkward and weird, but still nice girls. Upper middle tier
