TKE got 10 and I am leaning that way in the spring. I understand that they are the only ones that own their house outright, paid for and that the alumni association is planning on building a brand new house on that same lot in the next few years

I agree with no. Bad decision if you could get a bid ANYWHERE else but whatever floats your boat. You won't have near the experience.

Not saying they aren't nice guys. I'm just stating public knowledge. TKE is not active at all on campus. They don't participate in homecoming or greek week and they don't have any socials. Join any other fraternity and you'll have a good time.
