They know how to party but they only care about drinking and tug. They do not hold any leadership roles in any other campus organizations.

They have a lot of potential but need step up. Phi Sig has some great guys in leadership positions around campus but some of their guys lack drive to do anything. They do have a great brotherhood though from what I have seen.
