I think Sig Ep as an organization should say SOMETHING since every news report about Kania mentions them. Not that they're liable or anything, it's just the right thing to do.

Kania's attorneys may argue that the fraternity was in part to blame. You know, a good kid till he got mixed up in frat culture and bad influences. Part of a current trend bashing fraternities.

Their numbers are actually pretty decent. Right on par with the rest of the middle-sized IFC fraternities.
