how do i get invited to houses' events???

I am considering doing spring rush right now. I am just wondering how I go about getting invited to different houses' events? I know that they contact you on an individual basis and I filled out the interest form, so I guess they should have my info. How do I get invites?

I am wondering this too. Some tables had you write down your email separate from the form, so are they going to email us all or a what?
