sorority stereotypes

I'm planning on rushing this fall at Carolina. My half sister attended Carolina in the early 2000s. I'm curious if the stereotypes have changed? I'm listing the houses how they were ranked back then. Thanks for your help!!
KD - the kind of girls you want to marry. Well rounded but cold towards non-KDs
XO - athletic girls
DDD - very pretty and very rich
ADPi - short brunettes. Really fun
AXO - blondes. Well rounded
KKG - #1 GPA and partied hard. A lot of out of staters.
Pi Phi - biggest partiers on campus and a lot of out of staters
SSS - All the girls from Shelby pledged tri sig
ZTA - my sister has no memories of this house. She just remembers them being middle tier
Phi Mu - worst house on campus. They closed while she was there.

This is definitely not how it is at all. How do you even know you'll be rushing here in the fall? Pretty sure they haven't sent out acceptance letters? If you're seriously considering rushing and you're that concerned about stereotypes this early, you're not going to have a good time.

Some of these are true and some are completely false, but ehhh not quite summed that up. I would focus on what you see in the women you speak with if/when you do rush, and not these silly stereotypes. After rush no one cares about rankings and stereotypes anyway. It only determines mixers etc. And APhi is new so they have no stereotype, but they do have a house now that will be constructed and finished in the next year or two. Good luck!
