It's more who you're talking to rather than each individual sorority/fraternity. Most people don't care what your parents make or do as long as you're cool. Some people will judge you based on that and will form a negative opinion based on that and likely vocalize it in chapter (they'll probably come up with some lame reason they don't like rather than blatantly stating you're poor).
The only exceptions really are definitely DKE, somewhat Beta. Of the sororities, KD probably care the most about your parents wealth. But like I said most value personality over other factors (except race in a lot of cases unfortunately).

Beta definitely cares more than phi Delt. But Phi gam doesn't but they are really exclusive to non legacies and the fact that they purposely keep their pledge classes small
