Frats are a bit more tricky because I think everyone has their own opinion, so I'm just going to go ahead and explain why I chose what. Theres also a million frats.
Top Frats:
DKE/Beta/Phi Delt -everyone know this
Phi gam- simply on this because of their history. they've had trouble getting their funding up since the fire a few years back, so they aren't particularly socially active.
High Middle: This is where things get tricky
Chi Phi- they've had awesome parties this year, but because they were on social probation, no one really knew about them last year. Personally, I still think they are better than Phi Gam
SAE/Sig Nu/ Sig Chi- these frats have the upper hand since they are all in frat court. On a nightly basis, girls from all sororities will all be there having a great time. Can't go wrong with frat court.
Low Middle:
Chi Psi/Kappa Sig/ Pikapp/ Pike
Then there's just the rest.... again this is just my opinion and i know a lot of other people who feel the same way as i do.

I'll give you sororities but you clearly know nothing about frats. First I doubt you even go here or have been here that long as Pike is referred to as Pika here. Second being in frat court doesn't make the frat great. Both Kappa Sig and Chi Psi are better than Sigma Chi and Sigma Nu. You don't see ADPi, Tri Delt and XO mixing with them. They do mix with the former. Sigma Nu is on the same level as ATO and Pi Kapp. Sigma Chi is slightly better than them but not as good as Kappa Sig and Chi Psi. Pika should be with the "rest" you mentioned.
