chi phi
by: UmmSo I don't know if Chi Phi is supposed to be good or not... I heard they were on probation for harming pledges so they couldn't do any social events last year which isn't good. At the same time I feel like there are really cool dudes in there. Just not sure and wanted your opinions

Before probation they were considered fourth best. Yes Phi Gam is technically 4th but most people would say they were a lot better than Phi Gam. But it wasn't really hazing as it was they had two members die within two years and even though neither of them were technically "fraternity related" adding hazing to the mix meant the university/ nationals couldn't just ignore it. They are really great guys, they just have had terrible luck and misfortune over the last few years

yeah they are. Historically they don't have spring rush. They may now, but I'm pretty sure they did fine even when on probation so I doubt it.
