Umm, I hate to state the obvious Pi Phi, but Phi Mu has passed you in the rankings. They've gotten better and better since recolonizing, while you've just sort of stagnated. You're on par with KKG now.

there is a pretty big gap between pi phi and KKG still...pi phi has a fair amount of awkward girls for sure but a fair amount of hot/cool girls will also take a bid from pi phi whereas they will not from KKG. As for them being on par with Phi Mu, i know those two houses overlap a lot the girls that they pref and seem to be pretty similar, it seems hard to say that one is obviously better than the other

A lot of girls pref both Phi Mu and Pi Phi, but a lot of girls also pref both Pi Phi and KKG. Look at the frats these houses are mixing with. Phi Mu is with solid middle frats (Chi Psi, ATO, Sigma Nu), while Pi Phi and KKG are both with lower middle and lower frats. Pi Phi and KKG aren't at exactly the same level, but they're a lot closer than Phi Mu and Pi Phi at this point

To the two people above me...stop arguing over such stupid things. Yeah a lot of girls pref pi phi and KKG but I also know a ton that pref pi phi and top tier houses, the exact same for phi mu. Where you pref is often random and doesn't really say anything about a certain sorority.

They'll stay near the bottom for at least a couple years. I know the reps recruiting said they were getting a house soon but they don't actually know when it'll be. They also mostly took girls that were rejected by 80-90% of the sororities so that's not a great start

I think alpha phi got a lot of girls who only had their bottom two houses left, but they definitely got girls who didn't rush or were set on one house and then dropped if they got dropped from that house. One of my friends suicided tri delt, didn't get a bid, and went alpha phi. I think a lot of the older girls are ones who had a lot of friends in sororities and wanted to experience Greek life too. There's definitely some weirdos in the mix, but they got some good girls too.

Yeah I'm actually wondering the same thing (regardless of whether the person who originally posted this was an alpha phi could someone answer?) I don't consider myself a person obsessed with ranks I'd jsut like to know how mobile people think these ranks are? They seem like they've stayed the same for quite a while. Also whats the deal with the house?
