spring recruitment breakdown

Can someone break down spring recruitment specifically.

For example, a PNM signs up for spring recruitment, if a certain amount of sororities need members, do PNMs go to all of those houses or do the houses pick members they see as a good fit?

Since I'm seeing that some houses do it on the DL, would they just contact the PNM knowing they're registered in spring rush? A lot of questions, I know, but I think it's important info for any future spring PNM to know. Thanks.

They typically just email you and invite you to events. It's very different from formal recruitment and you won't have a "schedule". They'll personally contact you if they want to invite you to a small, closed event.
