alpha phi

Did any of you go to the Alpha Phi info session tonight? I wasn't able to go but I want to know how it went and if a lot of people are interested in doing it.

I dropped out of rush & thought I would like Alpha Phi. I don't think I'm interested in what they're offering. Probably going to rush in the spring or next fall again instead.

I went! I have a personal connection to Alpha Phi so I'm definitely going through recruitment. They were in the Union auditorium and it wasn't full but there were a lot of girls. I'm terrible at estimating group sizes but maybe 180ish, possibly even 200 girls were there. Definitely stop by the Pit tomorrow or Thursday between 10 and 2 to talk to the ELCs, they'd be happy to answer your questions!

There definitely weren't 200 women, but maybe 125ish. With that being said, some people didn't go and some people will drop. So there is really no telling how many PNMs they have currently. It went okay in my opinion. It didn't sway me one way or another. Go to the next open event on Thursday and make your own opinions is the best advice I can give. I'll be doing the same.

They said they don't know for sure but within the next couple of years.
