What is Alpha Phi going to be looking for in a PNM? Any idea how many girls will be selected?

They'll be looking for girls willing to step up and lead a new chapter as well as put in all the hard work necessary to start a chapter. They want girls willing to foster Panhellenic relationships with the other houses, not girls with chips on their shoulders from recruitment. Colonization recruitment is NOT easier than formal recruitment and may even be harder, since it's only one chapter. They will be looking for girls of all ages so the chapter won't just be young freshmen and sophomores. They can take up to campus total but will probably go under that so they have wiggle room to take more girls later. If you're sincerely interested in Alpha Phi, talk to one of the ELCs while they're tabling in the Pit and they'll be more than willing to answer your questions!
