Do the UNC sororities have a COB process in the Fall, or are all additions to the sororities made through Spring Recruitment?

Houses can only offer COB in the fall for 3 reasons:
1. If they missed quota (only 1 house missed quota)
2. If they are under the house total set by Panhel
3. If anyone drops out before initiation

This is true - I dropped out of recruitment and the house that missed quota reached out to me today and asked me if I was still interested in their house

I didn't, because I wasn't really feeling it at their house. They're a great house with an incredible sisterhood, but I don't think it's for me
