i don't understand...

...why is Chi Omega a top tier? Their girls aren't cute at all. Houses like Zeta and Alpha Chi have much hotter girls.

I was thinking the same thing! Chi O is in the bottom 2 when it comes to looks. Should not be a top tier.

a lot of the "tiers" are determined by historical things, i.e. who has been around the longest, not necessarily who is the hottest right now. there are definitely pretty girls in every sorority here, though

Tiers aren't determined by how many pretty girls there are. There are pretty girls in every sorority, including Chi O. However, Chi O has been here for a while, has a phenomenal house and are very well known nationally. So true there are beautiful girls in Zeta and A Chi O, but there are just as many in the rest of the chapters. Don't assume that attractiveness equates to popularity.
