transfer rush

As a transferring junior, should i be considering rushing a frat? I obviously want to but I was curious if the upper tiers would take a junior or if they stick to sophomores and freshman

Honestly if you're only willing to join an "upper tier" fraternity you're rushing for the wrong reasons.
