beta

Im universally seeing on here that Beta (some say DKE, doesnt really matter to me) is the top house. Im transferring in from a Michigan university and Ive been very close to greek life while here. I pledged the top house but ended up dropping due to some financial issues. I'm interested in Beta (as well as the others in the "big 4"/SAE). Ive been reading that these houses are very selective and go out to select their pledge classes. Im assuming being a legacy would also play a huge hand.

So my question is, do i have a realistic change of getting a bid to any of these houses being that im experienced with greek life/oos/ and an older student? Id like to spend my time rushing houses where i have a chance to get a bid (and throws bangers hah).
i would prefer answers from people who are close to these fraternities but honestly anything would be a big help. Thanks a lot.
