Because the "middle tier" is more subjective, a better, more true ranking would be:
RELEVANT:
Top: DKE, Beta, Phi Delt, Phi Gam
Lower Top: SAE
Upper Mid: Chi Phi, Chi Psi, Sig Chi
Mid: Kap Sig, Pi Kapp, ATO, Lambda Chi
Lower Mid: Pika, Sig Nu

IRRELEVANT:
Sig Ep, Pi Lam, Zeta Psi, DU, Alpha Sig, Aepi etc.

I would agree with this ranking. You forgot KA, I would put them in Lower Mid

- phi gam too high
- sig nu too low
- sig chi too high
- lambda too high
- chi psi belongs with pi kapp (virtually the same)

Switch lambda and sig nu and add ka to lower mid. Switch kappa sig with sigma chi
