You likely need to ask, I don't think it's published anywhere. DKE is super expensive, fraternities without houses will be far less expensive, everyone else is probably around the same. If finances are a concern, rush the houses you like and then see if they'll work with you to do a payment plan or even a reduction. They might not, but it's happened before.
