do sae's do well on campus?

My dad was an SAE and I'm wondering what frat I should join. I am really interested in SAE but read a lot of stuff on their ranking that they do not recycle so much. I really don't want to be part of an organization that blatantly decides to ignore our problems involving waste. Is this true?
